Commisioned works are just for non-profit & personal use only,

There will be additional fees for commisioned works used for commercial use,

Completed commission works can be displayed on social media and website or to be used as portofolio,

There will be additional fees for no showcase completed commission works,

Artist has the right to decline any commissions request,

Payment will be done through local bank (Mandiri) for local order (IDR) and Paypal for international order (USD),

Customers required to pay half the price when the orders are accepted and another half when the sketches are done,

Commission works will be done in maximum 1 month after payment. If the works can't finish within the time, customers have the right to ask for a refund,

Customers can see their commission works' progress through Trello,

Major revision can be ask once in sketches phase and two minor revisions in another phase. Futher revisions will be charge additionally,

Digital file (PNG & JPG) will be uploaded to Google Drive.
